To track your order, please login to your account or set up an account by creating a password with the email you used to checkout. This allows you to log in and receive the most up to date information on your order.

checking your order information

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier update. If you need more information about your delivery, please contact FedEx or USPS directly.

free domestic standard shipping

Shipping is free on all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous United States. In Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories, shipping is $24.99 for orders less than $39. For orders over $39, shipping is $54.99.

delivery times and methods

Most domestic orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with FedEx Ground and arrive within 1-3 business days. Expedited orders ship and arrive within 1-2 business days.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes about 5 to 7 business days. To U.S. Territories, it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days, shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS.

APO/FPO orders ship via USPS, but allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

changing or canceling an order

Once you place an order, your item(s) are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.

payment and sales tax

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Sales tax is charged when shipping to California, Washington, and New Jersey.
