We understand that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that's why all returns to simplehuman ship free. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).
We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.com.au for a period of 30 days from receipt. However, we are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from simplehuman.com.au.
Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
