troubleshooting

Not dispensing. Does not turn on.

Pump needs to be reset:

1. Press and hold the power button down for 5 seconds.
2. Wipe the sensor lens clean. We recommend using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to do so.
3. Press the power button for 1 second to turn the unit on.
4. Completely cover the sensor window and tap the power button quickly 3 times (within 2 seconds). Note that this will make the pump run continuously until the sensor window is uncovered.

Not dispensing and can hear motor sounds.

Sensor pump may be clogged. Completely cover the sensor window and tap the power button quickly 3 times (within 2 seconds). Note that this will make the pump run continuously until the sensor window is uncovered.

What do the red and blue lights mean?

Flashing red light indicates the battery is low and batteries need to be replaced.

Pump is dripping.

1. Ensure that you do not move your hand away previous to the dispensing cycle.
2. Thinner soaps like Dr. Bronner's can cause your pump to drip.

Pump is auto-dispensing.

Sensor may be obstructed or too close to an object.

1. Clean the sensor using a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol.
2. Move the unit to a different location or away from any close objects.

You may need to reset your sensor pump.

2. Press the power button for 1 second to turn the unit on.
